Over my 20+ years of coaching athletes, I have found that people have an innate drive to achieve. I have also found that people have a wealth of strengths – physical, emotional, mental, etc. – that can be used. I want to help people achieve their sports related dreams by building on that innate drive and their personal strengths. By building on strengths, people experience success and are therefore more willing to take risks in the areas where they are less skilled. No matter where a person starts their training, new skills can be learned and improved. Let me help you get your journey toward your athletic dreams started.
