Individualized Coaching Packages
CP Fitness & Training Package A
The ultimate coaching package for the athlete who wants unparalleled
service and attention! Package A is limited to the select few who want
maximum advisement, feedback, one-on-one
consultation, performance testing and unlimited access to your coach.
· Weekly schedule with workouts provided for each day of the week
· Detailed workouts within the weekly schedule designed around the
client’s individual strengths
· Bimonthly individual training and consultation sessions
· Determination of bike and run heart rate zones up to 3 times in
six months
· Up to 3 bike fits a year, as needed
· Up to 3 SwimLab Sessions in a year
· Unlimited phone calls and e-mails with first priority response
· Once a year goal setting with unlimited adjustments to “A”
races and annual plan
· Access to weekly group run and swim practice once a week
· 1 Year membership to the Rocky Mountain Triathlon Club
· Punch card admission to Denver Recreation Center
Swimming Pools
· Access to open water swims at the Gravel Pond in Chatfield
Bimonthly Consultation topics:
i) Pre race meeting to discuss race strategy and
preparation
ii) Post race meeting to discuss your results and
future planning.

a) Determination of general race nutrition needs through

Cost:
CP Fitness & Training Package B
Package B is for the athlete who wants a
high level of coaching with plenty of
personal interaction and close monitoring
of your progress. The “B” Plan is
limited to those who want regular advisement,
feedback, one-on-one consultation
and performance testing.
· Weekly schedule with workouts provided for each day of the week.
· Detailed workouts within the weekly schedule designed
around the client’s individual strengths
· Monthly individual training and consultation sessions
· Determination of initial bike and run heart rate zones
· Up to 2 bike fits a year, as needed
· Up to 2 SwimLab Sessions per year
· Unlimited phone calls and e-mails.
· Once a year goal setting
· Access to weekly group run and swim practice
once a week**.
· 1 Year membership to the Rocky Mountain
Triathlon Club

CP Fitness & Training Package CPackage C is for the athlete who wants a plan developed
around their individual needs and
goals with regular contact and feedback. The “C” plan is
for those who want regular advisement, and feedback.
· Weekly schedule with workouts provided for each day of
the week
· Detailed workouts within the weekly schedule designed
around the client’s individual strengths
· Determination of initial bike and run heart rate zones
· Up to 1 bike fit a year
· Up to 1 SwimLab Sessions per year
· Phone and email discussion around goal achievement
and progress
· Race specific training and goal setting
· Access to weekly group run and swim practice once a week
· 1 Year membership to the Rocky Mountain Triathlon Club
Cost:
- $50 initiation fee
- $100 per month
CP Fitness & Training Consultation Package
The consulting package is designed for
athletes who are looking for assurance
that their training and taper for their major
goals are right on target. Your athlete
information and training program will be studied
and analyzed. Meetings will be
held either 1 on 1 or via the phone to offer
suggestions to help you put your plan
into action to achieve your goals.
Cost
- $50.00 per hour which includes consultation
and schedule review time- Monthly consultation to review plan progress
is suggested
